Express Delivery In Istanbul Grocery



at the recent convention of Social Policy of PSM-PSOE, held on 16 and 17 April at the headquarters of the Plaza del Callao, No. 4 in Madrid, we were given, among other documents, a booklet prepared by the Provincial de Ciudad Real, the City Council of Alcázar de San Juan and the State Association directors and managers in social services, work done in the opinion of the observatory IV on days of analysis and evaluation of the implementation process of the law held in Alcazar de San Juan on 11 and 12 December 2009, on:

"Territorial Development and implementation of the law on the promotion of personal autonomy and care for dependent people."

The first section includes:

A BREAKTHROUGH IN SOCIAL PROTECTION: The drafters of the document
consider it appropriate to start this IV opinion once again proclaiming the importance of this Act popularly known as Act Unit has assumed, without doubt, significant progress in social protection in Spain, to strengthen individual rights and universal coverage to all citizens.

614,528 people have received in the first three years of law enforcement, some of the services and financial benefits of their Catalogue. 485,526 people are receiving some of these economic benefits or services to date. People
dependent and in many cases their families have been so improved their living in circumstances that require special support and social protection.

This new stage of protection is serving to strengthen the public system of Social Services as Fourth Pillar of the welfare state, as evidenced by the laws of social services of new generation already approved or under development in most parts of the Autonomous Communities .

Significant progress in the implementation of the System:
In most Autonomous Communities can see how the system is consolidated, once overcome the difficulties in its initial phase and many of the foresight with which it has addressed . However, is very worrying to note that a third of the English population live in autonomous regions where there is a lack of institutional will to implement the system, so many of its citizens in a dependent can not benefit even from the facilities and services which are now a reality in the rest of Communities.

Canary Islands, Valencia, Madrid and Murcia, are the communities where we live with this harsh reality.
